mydlc wins UX UK award for ‘Best Transactional Experience’

dlc are proud winners of the ‘Best Transactional Experience’ category at the UX Awards for our customer portal ‘mydlc’.  The customer portal even made it as a finalist for a further award in the ‘Best Effect on Business Goals’ category.  Our win evidences the success of mydlc, which provides customers with a stress free transaction facility.

The awards took place at Microsoft, Cardinal Place, where we joined the other prestigious organisations that had been shortlisted for an award amongst the different categories.

mydlc is a great example of the ways we provide ethical and fair treatment to individuals experiencing debt.  Being a winner and finalist amongst a high calibre of entrants is testament to our accomplishment in this area. mydlc stood out from the crowd, being able to demonstrate a user-focused experience when customers are making a transaction online. mydlc impressed the 9-strong judging panel with its ease of use, allowing customer to be empowered and its ability to streamline our business processes.
