The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) forms part of the City & Guilds Group. Their primary purpose is to enhance standards of leadership and management in order to drive social and economic prosperity. dlc’s approval as a training center is testament to dlc’s dedicated training culture.

dlc is one of the UK’s largest privately owned collections agencies providing debt collection and credit outsourcing services to prestigious clients. dlc place significant investment into the training of their staff and believe that embedding leadership and management skills within the business via ILM will help ensure further success.

dlc will run Leadership and Management programs alongside their bespoke collections industry modules so that learning is tailored to generate operational benefits. Those involved in ILM learning will take part in quality management projects to assist in delivering continuous improvements to the business.

dlc believe being an approved ILM Training Centre will provide a number of benefits:
