dlc Launches Specialist Outsourcing Division
Great news for dlc today as one of the UK’s largest privately owned debt collection agency can officially announce the launch of our new first party outsourcing service division to tailor to the demands of our broad client base. The new specialist outsourcing division will be based in Brackley, Northamptonshire, home to dlc’s business park.
As leaders in the debt collection industry, we have an enviable reputation for our debt recovery and debt purchase services, which has meant that many of our high profile clients have trusted us with our new specialist outsourcing division helping us to offer them a comprehensive debt collection and customer relationship service.
Here at dlc, we are known for working across a wide variety of industries from Insurance, Telecoms, Retail and the highly regulated Financial Services sector. dlc now uses white labelled outsourcing solutions for tactical credit projects through to delivering on long-term strategic objectives. The solutions we provide in this area are deeply ingrained and integrated into the supply chain for our clients.
David Morton, Senior Operations Manager of dlc, expressed how “It was important for us to create a standalone outsourcing division in order to fully embrace the values, culture and vision of each client. Our collections outsourcing teams have become completely specialised to focus entirely on shared client objectives. To demonstrate our versatility, we have recently been engaged to manage outbound dialling campaigns for one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains, where we have successfully helped improve sales.”
Cost effectiveness and profitability for many businesses has become an even bigger priority given the shaky economic climate in the UK, which heightens the pressure on all businesses to manage their finances efficiently. As a result, companies are struggling to hire specialised staff due to headcount freezes and so are particularly reliant on the outsourcing services that dlc can provide.
Senior Business Development Manager, Mark Whale says the new division was set up to meet the varying needs of their many clients; “Businesses are turning to us as we can fill these gaps with specialist resources and help them realise the benefits of leading technologies, without them requiring to make large capital investments.” He added, “Setting up a dedicated outsourcing division demonstrates the commitment we are making to these clients and the continued growth of this area of our business.”
