We are delighted to announce dlc ranked in the top 3 DCA’s for highest average scores achieved within the CSA Collectors Accreditation Initiative during the May testing program. This excellent success marks our consistent approach to high training standards within the debt recovery industry. As a leading supplier of collections outsourcing services, we are committed to embedding principles for businesses (PRIN) and FCA CONC rules and guidance within our operational processes.

Our in-house training department are focused on delivering the appropriate customer outcomes to generate positive customer experiences. Being in the top 3 rated DCA’s for CSA CAI scores is testament to our approach demonstrating our staff have the right knowledge to work compliantly and professionally.

Continuous Investments in Training

As a business we continuously invest in our staff to create a productive workforce. Our recent investment was our Learning at Work Week across the entire organisation. Our Shared Training department delivered Learning at Work Week, using promotional material to create a buzz amongst staff. The majority of the classes were centred on current subjects relating to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with Materials designed to support staff through the changes we are experiencing as an industry.

Staff members were invited to sign themselves onto any of the available classes including workshops for the FCA, Lending code, Treating Customers Fairly and Data Protection Act. We have seen a very positive reaction from staff, who have responded in an enthusiastic manner.
