Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI)
Earlier this year direct legal & collections (dlc) successfully achieved the Credit Services Association CSA Collectors Accreditation Initiative CAI.
Over 190 customer engaging staff sat the test, which assesses each collector’s understanding of regulatory, compliance and the legislative framework; from within which DCA’s now operate. dlc has used on-line assessment software for several years to help develop its collectors, as part of its Risk and Adherence strategy.
In recognising those staff who achieved a 100% pass, Peter Wallwork, Chief Executive Officer of the Credit Services Association presented each member of staff with a special certificate, to mark the occasion.
During the visit to dlc, Peter also spent time with both Compliance and Training Departments, and listened with interest to some of the challenges facing our industry.
